Which one should I book?
I have different options available to suit different times and budgets. All sessions are designed to be interchangeable. For example, you may initially come for a 'Realign' session, and come back for a 'Recharge' session every month, followed by a deeper dive 'Restore' when needed. It's completely up to you.
60 MINS • $140
Recharge
A focused session to pause, reset and reconnect.
Choose this if you want a shorter, focused session to reset your nervous system, relax with Reiki Energy Healing or receive a Spinal Energetics alignment.
90 MINS • $190
Realign
A spacious session to slow down, explore what's underneath and work with what your body is ready for.
Choose this if you have something you'd like to work through, or you want to experience a full intuitive Kinesiology balance.
Recommended - this is my most popular session!
120 MINS • $240
Restore
A spacious, deeply personalised session with time to slow down, go deeper and follow where the work leads.
Choose this if you want plenty of time and space, and you'd like to experience my signature combination of Kinesiology and Spinal Energetics together.
Still not sure? Check out the FAQ, or ask me and we can work it out together.
